Curley

One thing that stood out to me was the tension between Curley and George.  I think that George simulates a care taker for Lennie. After George learns how hand Curley is he said "Well, let him be handy,... He don't have to take after Lennie".(26) George seems jealous of Curley's capability. One other thing that stood out to me in part two was Curly's behavior. According to the swamper  Curly is usually cocky but " Seems like Curley is cockier' ever since he got married."(27) I think that Curly might think highly of himself.
